Dispatch Summary
Our flexible dispatch summary
screen allows you to view and
process service requests by day, service type

container and more with the click of a mouse.
The dispatch summary screen
allows you to process open tickets and
store disposal locations, weights, and materials which
automatically updates the Billing and Material
Tracking sub-systems.

Our Dispatch Ticket is printed
on a pre-printed form with all pertinent information for
both the driver and customer. Capture your
customers signature for your internal record keeping and
give your customer their copy. This stock is
perforated for easy separation. |

Customer Routing
HaulMark's routing system
handles all types of route frequencies (i.e. Weekly, EOW-A,
EOW-B, Monthly 1X, 2X, 2nd & Last Week, 1st, 2nd, 3rd,
and Last Week of the month).
In addition to standard
recurring charges, HaulMark
allows for a variable rate charge to be applied each
and every time the container is serviced on a route.

Route Maintenance
Route Maintenance is where your
routes are managed and built. Easily add new
customers to existing routes by a simple double click.
Automatic stop numbering allows for unlimited route

HaulMark has two different types of Route Sheets (Full and
Condensed). Shown here is the Full Route Sheet
which has driver directions, notes, and variable rate
charges that may be applied. A barcode is also
printed which interfaces
with onboard scale and/or GPS systems. |

Sample Printed Invoice
HaulMark uses preprinted
invoice stock which can be modified with your custom
logo, graphics, and colors. All invoices are
detailed at a location level and summarized at the
master level (customer). |
